【Properties】This product is a colorless clear liquid.

【Pharmacological action】Pharmacodynamics lincomycin is a lincomycin antibacterial agent. Sensitive bacteria include Staphylococcus aureus (including penicillin resistant strains), Streptococcus, pneumococcus, Bacillus anthracis, some mycoplasmas, leptospira and anaerobic bacteria (such as Clostridium, Clostridium tetanus, Clostridium perfringens and most actinomycetes). It mainly acts on the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosome, and plays an antibacterial role by inhibiting the extension of peptide chain and affecting protein synthesis. The pharmacokinetics was absorbed rapidly after intramuscular injection, and the plasma protein binding rate was 57% ~ 72%. It is widely distributed in the body. It can reach an effective level in most tissues, pleural fluid, ascites and joint fluid, especially in bone tissue, but it can not enter cerebrospinal fluid through the blood-brain barrier. It can enter milk through placenta and distribution. It is mainly metabolized in the liver, excreted through bile and feces, and a small amount is excreted from urine.

【Drug interaction】 (1) when combined with gentamicin, it has synergistic effect on Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus and Streptococcus. (2) Combined with aminoglycosides and polypeptide antibiotics, it may enhance the blocking effect of neuromuscular junction. When combined with erythromycin, it has antagonistic effect, because the action site is the same and erythromycin has stronger affinity for 50S subunit of bacterial ribosome than this product. (3) It should not be combined with antidiarrheal drugs that inhibit intestinal peristalsis and contain clay. (4) There is incompatibility with kanamycin and neomycin.
