The production center of Jally Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has two production workshops, with three product segments of chemicals, biological products and veterinary diagnostic reagents. The chemical hormone workshop has built two product production lines that meet the national GMP standards, equipped with advanced automatic production equipment at home and abroad, and established process water, air purification and plant enclosure systems that meet the EU and FDA standards. Biological products and veterinary diagnostic reagents will be built into the largest domestic pet biological agent production unit led by the "cat triple" vaccine. Through the SCADA system, the company collects the operation data and process information of all equipment and facilities in real time, integrates them to form the industrial Internet of things, intelligently controls the whole process of product production, realizes the standardization and informatization of manufacturing process, and builds a domestic first-class intelligent production and manufacturing center.
